Swollen Feet in Pregnancy
During pregnancy it's very common to experience swollen feet as fluids can collect there especially if its hot or if you've been standing a lot. Here are some tips for dealing with it:
1. Stay active. Keeping fit and active will help with blood circulation and help drain away fluids.
2. Wear comfortable footwear. Its especially important to support your arches in pregnancy and you should consider supportive shoes or insole supports if you want to stay in your favourite shoes.
3. Foot exercises can improve circulation and reduce swelling try:
Bending and stretching your foot up and down 30 times
Rotate your foot in a circle 8 times in one direction, then 8 times the other way
Repeat with your other foot
